To ensure our customers receive their orders with utmost satisfaction, we have established a streamlined shipping process that covers everything from order processing to final delivery. Our partnerships with trusted shipping carriers allow us to offer you complete confidence when you shop with us, knowing that your orders are in good hands.

We offer express & standard shipping to customers in Australia & New Zealand. At this time, we are unable to accommodate shipping to other countries.

The estimated shipping time, covering border clearance, transit, and final delivery, typically spans from 5 to 12 days from order shipment, applicable to both countries. Please allow 2 to 4 days for order processing and quality check

  • Oversized/Heavy Items: Orders containing oversized or heavy items are not eligible for free shipping. Please note that such products will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Our estimated shipping time is calculated from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. We strive to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, there may be occasions where delivery takes longer due to reasons beyond our control. During peak sale seasons and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, as we work to manage the high volume of orders received. We apologize for any inconvenience that these delays may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Packing

  • Sparkle & Resonance adhere to minimum packing standards based on the chosen mode of transportation. If you require additional packing, loading, or bracing, you may request it at your expense.
  • We reserve the right to split your order into multiple packages based on stock levels and shipping location to ensure timely and efficient delivery. As part of the order confirmation process, we will communicate any such split to you.
  • Delivery dates provided by Sparkle & Resonance are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries for special occasions such as birthdays or other events. We encourage customers to place their orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
  • We ship exactly what you order, and therefore cannot be held liable if you place an incorrect order. If a delivery fails and the package is returned to us from the address provided by you, Sparkle & Resonance also cannot be held liable for the failed delivery.
  • Once a shipping company reports an order as "delivered," Sparkle & Resonance considers it delivered. If a package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, we will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution. It's important to note that in general, Sparkle & Resonance is not liable for non-delivery once the package has been handed off to the shipping company.

 

How to track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email containing important information such as a tracking number and estimated delivery time. You can track your package using the tracking function in the email. Alternatively, you can head to the website's footer and select "Track your Order" for tracking. Both approaches will take you to a page where you can view real-time updates on the status, from the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

  • We work closely with our shipping carriers to make every effort to ensure that your package is delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, external factors such as flight arrangements, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. To get the most up-to-date delivery date, please refer to the tracking information provided.
  • When placing a cross-border order, it is not uncommon for multiple carriers to be involved in delivering your package. However, you need not worry about keeping track of the different carriers and their movements, as we provide a single tracking number that can be used to monitor the package's progress at every stage of its journey.
